New Happenings

Kaylee is cruising! I still can't believe she's walking all over the place. Her new thing is drawers. She loves opening drawers. Her two favorite drawers - dad's sock drawer (she has a thing with socks) and the drawer under the oven where I keep my cookie sheets and things. Every once in a while when I'm in another room, Kaylee comes walking in with a cookie sheet. The other day though, I knew she was playing in this drawer and I got sick of closing it so I gave up, I turn around and this is what I found....

She is sooo proud of herself for climbing in the drawer. (I know she looks a little scary - she kept spitting up and spilling stuff all over herself, after 3 outfits, we gave up. She even dumped milk in her hair - which is why its sticking out every which way.)

This past weekend we went to the circus in Vernal. None of us had ever been to a circus before and it was fun! Kaylee really enjoyed it. She bounced with the music and loved all the fun lights. They had an elephant you could ride and also a bunch of little ponies. We didn't pay to ride them but she loved the ponies!! She would reach for them and squeal when she saw them. She loves horses! She takes after her grandpa.

My camera was having issues - a lot of my pictures turned out blurry but you get the idea.

This past Monday (the 7th) was Jake's birthday! We had a big birthday party here. It consisted of me, Kaylee, Kage and of course Jake. It was huge! I hope Jake had a good birthday. He deserves it. He does so much for us and we love him. Happy Birthday Jake.
